Solitary Trees

Year: 2015 - current

They are there. We try, we struggle, we do our worst and insist on eradicating them from the face of the Earth. From our land, our yard—because on the neighbor's land, we argue they should remain standing. But despite our hard work, one guardian always stays behind, challenging us and showing that no matter what we do, they will continue to exist—offering shelter and shade on a scorching sunny day, without resentment.
